Tai Chi in Watauga County!
Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall prevention is a powerful mind-body exercise which helps to reduce stress and improve relaxation.
Tai Chi also helps to relieve pain, improve physical function, increase balance and reduce the risk of falls.
Beginning June 7, this class will be offered for free to adults over the age of 60!
On Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:00-4:00 p.m., join us at the Lois E. Harrill Senior Center for some dedicated time to your mind and body.
