Tai Chi for Beginners offers a great introduction to Yang Style tai chi, principles of tai chi, and meditation. Tai Chi has been proven to help reduce pain, improve physical and mental function, and help reduce the risk of falls. Pre-registration is highly suggested. Class will meet on Mondays from 1-2 pm, April 16th-May 21st at the Boone United Methodist Church.
